Swing State Democrats Refuse to Condemn Anti-Semitism in House Vote
Dems are more interested in protecting terrorists than Jews
Comprehending Middle Eastern history is hard. Denouncing Jew-hatred is not. Yet for half of congressional Democrats, asking them to condemn bigotry is asking for the moon.
The U.S. House of Representatives passed a resolution (H. Res. 894) on Dec. 5 rebuking anti-Semitism, hatred, and religious violence in the aftermath of Hamas’ vicious attack on Israel two months ago. Since 2022, anti-Semitic harassment and assault—once unthinkable in America—have spiked 388 percent in America. Despite this, a huge number of elected Democrats have proven that they’re part of the problem.
Mobs chanting “From the River to the Sea,” a Palestinian terrorist war cry to eradicate Israel, have attacked Jews in New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and elsewhere. Pro-Hamas activists incited an insurrection on Oct. 19 that took over a House office building. A month later, left-wing rioters in Washington, D.C. mobbed police at the Democratic National Committee, forcing Democrat politicians to hide in the basement from their activist allies or evacuate under armed escort.
Not a single Republican voted “nay” or “present” in the December resolution condemning anti-Semitism. Yet 106 House Democrats did—clear evidence that the Democratic Party is firmly controlled by radical activists.

Both of Wisconsin’s congressmen—Gwen Moore (WI–04) and Mark Pocan (WI–02)—voted “present.” Pocan, a member of the ACLU and transgender group Fair Wisconsin, supports the anti-Israel Boycott Divestment Sanctions (BDS) movement—voting against a resolution condemning the anti-Semitic movement in 2019. “I don’t give a fuck about AIPAC—period,” Pocan recently told reporters, calling the Jewish advocacy organization “a cancerous presence [in] our democracy” and adding, “if I can be a surgeon, that’s great.”
Gwen Moore has attacked America’s “structural racism” and introduced legislation targeting police. In November, she refused to censure Rashida Tlaib (D–MI) for the Michigan Democrat’s extreme support for Hamas terrorism because Tlaib “brings a valuable and often underrepresented perspective” to Congress.
Arizona Rep. Raul Grijalva (AZ–07) demands an Israeli ceasefire, the equivalent to demanding a U.S. ceasefire the day after the 1941 Pearl Harbor attack by Imperial Japan. But Grijalva wants to go further—he was one of 14 far-left Democrats pressuring Biden to cut off U.S. support for Israel entirely.
And in Georgia, Nikema Williams (GA–05) is a former vice president for policy at Planned Parenthood’s Georgia chapter and a veteran Democrat fundraiser, while Lucy McBath (GA–07) is the former spokesman for the far-left gun control group Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America. Both voted “present” for the anti-Semitism resolution, as did longtime Rep. Hank Johnson (GA–04).
