Poll: Georgia Voters Want Biden Out of The White House So They Can Feed Their Families
Georgia residents are struggling to make ends meet, and they know its due to the Biden Administration’s policies. Now they pay nearly $600 more per month for the same items bought during former president Donald Trump’s term.
Residents of the Peach State are now paying nearly $600 more per month for the same items they bought in Georgia stores during former president Donald Trump’s first term—and they know who to blame.
A recent poll by Steve Cortes’ League of American Workers found that 68 percent of Georgians believe President Joe Biden is responsible for a “great deal” or “some” of their financial strain—especially for food prices. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) “Thrifty Food Plan,” used to estimate the cost of groceries needed for a healthy diet, food prices for a family of four have risen from $675 to $975 per month—a 44 percent increase in only 3 yearsunder Biden.
“People can hardly afford to buy groceries and are losing hope,” said Georgia resident and retired local newspaper editor Victoria Simmons. “We need to be focusing more on our own country rather than sending millions to places like Ukraine.”
Sadly, the issue extends past grocery prices into every area of life.
Georgians now pay an additional $200 on housing, $300 on groceries, and $58 on gas every month compared to when Biden took office. Additionally, the strain Georgians feel while attempting to keep up with the cost of staple items is further exacerbated by dwindling purchasing power due to inflation.
Georgians went from paying $1,465 on gas per year when Biden took office to $2,188 per year now. In total, the Biden administration has cost Americans an additional $300 billion extra for gas each year!
Rent also increased from $1,063 to $1,234 and food prices went from $675 to $975 per month. Families can’t adapt to such a drastic increase in monthly expenses in just three years.

Bidenomics
“People want to be able to pay the light bill, put gas in the car, feed their family, the basic necessities of being a productive citizen in the community,” said LeMario Brown, a Georgia resident and former city council member in Fort Valley.
Inflation under the Biden Administration remains at 3.4 percent compared to 1.4 percent at the end of former President Donald Trump’s term.
During 2021 and 2022, average inflation peaked at 7 percent under Biden.
Consumer prices have risen an average of 19 percent, with many staple items experiencing even larger increases: eggs 41 percent, electricity 29 percent, gasoline 46 percent, car insurance 52 percent, baby food 30 percent, and flour 38 percent.
“For the typical American family, this deadly combination of declining purchasing power and higher financing costs has been the equivalent of reducing their annual income by almost $8,100 compared to when Biden took office,” said Heritage Foundation public finance economist EJ Antoni.
Due to the severe impact of “Bidenomics” on the economy, 60 percent of Georgians believe Biden’s plan is not working and 54 percent reported they were better off under Trump, according to the League of American Workers poll.

See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Speak No Evil
As Americans trudge through the conditions Biden’s economy has created, his administration continues to deflect responsibility for the chaos.
Biden has repeatedly blamed gas companies and grocery stores for rising prices, yet he fails to acknowledge the billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars flowing into Ukraine or the relentless incentives for impractical “green energy” projects.
“Instead of accepting responsibility for the results of his agenda, the president has outright lied in multiple interviews, claiming inflation was already at a 40-year high of 9% when he took office,” Antoni said. “In reality, his own administration’s data show inflation was 1.4% at that time. Biden’s faulty memory aside, inflation will remain elevated so long as the big spenders have control of DC.”
Even Biden’s Democratic allies are panicking ahead of the 2024 election, urging him in May to lower food prices. Predictably, they also blamed the high cost of staple items on companies’ “price gouging.”
After all, you can’t blame your own party’s president for the mess he created!
The turmoil felt in Georgia reflects a nationwide feeling. Biden has continually poured American dollars into globalist efforts and incentivized trendy energy initiatives that push away reliable and cheap forms of energy derived from petroleum, coal, and crude oil.
If the Biden administration is allowed to continue “Bidenomics,” the economic state we feel now will be just the beginning.
